How can I return my order?

Return period

You have a period of 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

If you do not request the return within 15 days, we will not be able to accept the exchange or return of the product.

Return and/or exchange conditions

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • It must not show signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by use.
  • Bath products, swimsuits, underwear, socks, and hygiene items: for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or were sent in error.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return process

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

  • Request the return: contact our customer service via email at info@sphere-pro.com or log into your account on our website to start the return process.
  • Shipping instructions: once the return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Items must be sent back using an authorized shipping company.

Return costs

If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (for example, if the item does not match the order), we will cover the shipping cost.

If the return is due to a personal decision (you don't like the item, it doesn't fit, etc.), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

When will I receive the refund?

Once we receive and verify the returned products, we will process the refund within up to 14 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Sale items

Items on sale or clearance are also eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions mentioned above.

However, they cannot be exchanged for a different item.

Defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.

We will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
